HEY THERE!

My name is EJ Bostick and I am graduating from the University of Montevallo with a B.S. in Theatre this Spring 2026! I’m a quick-witted, eccentric, and uninhibited actor based in the Birmingham area. From living room performances to the collegiate stage, I’ve always had a passion for performing. I love working on comedy, new plays, and reimagining classics! I’m looking to deepen my skills as a comedic actor, and I can’t wait to see what I can bring to the Birmingham theatre scene.

This past October, I played Dionysus in Bound and Burned, an original play by Marcus Lane. Being apart of a creative process where we built our characters from the ground up gave me a deep appreciation for the work that gets poured into new plays, as well as a deeper appreciation for theatre as an art form! On the other side of this theatrical coin, I love reimagining classics. In March 2023 I had the privilege of playing Cleanté in a production of Moliére’s classic Tartuffe!, where we were given an Act outline for the show, and used our own writing/improv in place of the original dialogue. This show gave me a love for improv (who doesn’t love saying yes and!) as well as a better sense of the depth of my creativity as an artist.
